Translation = Access
ThruTranslation is a 501(c)(3), youth-led organization dedicated to providing accurate and reliable translations for businesses, government organizations, and individuals alike. Our team of expert translators are native speakers of the languages they work with and have a plethora of experience in various industries. Our team focuses on increasing access to government services and daily resources for those who are not fluent in English. ThruTranslation also aims to raise awareness for those who are unable to access the necessary services due to language barriers.
Words from Our Founder
"Many years ago, I remember asking my parents if they knew what was going on with the House Elections and our town's board of education elections. They said they had no clue. Being a part of a first-generation immigrant household, I realized that there were limitations as to what my parents had access to. ThruTranslation was created in an effort to reduce language barriers and create a better environment for non-English speakers who reside in an English speaking community.
To this day, many immigrant households lack information that entails resources that are able to benefit them. Millions of immigrants cross the border annually and many of them are underserved. It's imperative that these issues aren't overlooked and ignored. We hope more members of the generation can help these groups of people in their own ways not only through helping to translate but also through raising awareness. "
